Because our application facilitates credit and financial transactions, you must undergo a complete Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance verification. We collect identity identifiers (full legal name, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN) or national identification number), contact information (email address and mobile telephone number), and authentication data (credentials and access tokens associated with Google Authentication).
B. Device Permissions and Hardware Access
The Kredinet App requires specific hardware and operating system permissions to execute core financial features: Camera Access (QR Code Scanning & Biometric Verification) to let you scan transaction QR codes and capture identity documents, and Contacts Management to let you invite references or share financial features.
C. Automatically Collected Data
When you access the Service via a mobile device, we automatically record system-level identifiers to optimize security, prevent fraud, and run analytics (Device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system version, IP address, network provider, and behavior metrics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data based on legal compliance, contractual necessity, and legitimate business interests: for identity verification & KYC compliance, transaction processing (POS financing and credit line management), application optimization & stability deployment, and account communication (transactional notifications and payment reminders).

We only share information with third parties when necessary: with payment gateways and financial partners to execute credit checks, with analytics providers (Firebase or Google Analytics) to observe application stability, and with third-party authentication services (Google) for login verification.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may hold distinct legal rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or completely delete your profile. Please note that because Kredinet, Inc. operates as a financial services provider, certain transaction records, KYC data, and identity verifications (including SSN and names) must legally be retained for mandatory statutory periods under financial regulatory and AML frameworks, even after an account deletion request is processed.
6. Children's Privacy
Our financial products and credit services are not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiers or conduct KYC checks on minors. If we discover that a minor has bypassed verification and provided us with data, we will immediately purge the records from our servers.
